How can I view information about expiring licences?
Short answer
Licences only expire if you have changed your subscription by removing licences. These licences will be removed at the end of the billing period for your current subscription.

Available options
- See the licence expiration date: check your subscription details.
- Identify users whose licence will expire: check the user list.
1. View the licence expiration date

Important: before your current subscription ends, you can cancel the licence removal and return to your initial subscription.
To see the total number of licences that will expire and their removal date, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Subscription" menu.
- Review your current subscription information as well as your future subscription details.
- The end date of the current subscription and the start date of the future subscription match the date when licences will be removed.
2. Identify users with licences nearing expiration

Important: you can sort the Licence column in the users table to quickly identify users with licences that will expire soon.
To find users whose licences are about to expire:
- Go to the "Users" menu.
- In the users table, locate the "Licence" column.
- A ⚠️ icon appears to the right of active licences that will expire soon. Hover over the icon to see the expiration date.
