How can I remove licences from users?

This section explains how to remove licences assigned to users.

Remove a licence

Important note: if you remove a licence from an administrator, they will keep access to the admin portal. To remove access to the admin portal, follow this procedure:

To remove a licence assigned to a user:

  • Go to the "Users" menu in the admin portal.
  • The user list is shown in the users table. You can filter active licences using the table filters or search for the relevant user using the search bar.
  • Remove a licence from one user:
    • Identify the user whose licence you want to remove.
    • Click the three horizontal dots to the right of the user's name.
    • Click "Remove licence" and confirm. This action immediately removes access to the application for that user.
  • Remove licences from multiple users at once:
    • Identify the users whose licences you want to remove.
    • Select the users using the option to the left of their name.
    • Click "Remove licence for selected users" that appears in the bottom-right of the users table.
    • Confirm your choice. This action immediately removes access to the application for these users.
