How do I activate a licence?

Short answer

Only people with a licence can activate their account to use the Constellia application.

When you assign a licence to a user, they receive a licence activation email. If the user did not receive it or lost it, an administrator can resend it.

Troubleshooting and support

  • If the user still does not receive the activation email and it is not in their Spam folder, you can repeat the activation link steps above.
  • If you still encounter difficulties, you can contact Constellia support for further assistance.
