How do I download the Constellia application?
Only people with a licence can download and use the Constellia application. When you assign a licence to a user, they receive an email with a download link.
If the user did not receive this email or lost it, an administrator can resend it.
Receive the download link
Important: a user must activate their licence before they can receive the download link.
The first step is to check whether the user has an active licence. Only administrators can verify this via the admin portal.
- Go to the "Users" menu in your admin portal.
- Find the relevant user in the users table.
- In the "Licence" column, verify that their licence is active.
- If the user has no licence, you need to assign one. You can consult the following section for more information:
Resend the download email
Important: if the user has not yet activated their licence, they must finish that process to access the application download page. In that case, you can resend a licence activation link. At the end of the activation process, they will be taken directly to the application download page.
If the user cannot find the initial email, they can ask an administrator to resend the link. As an administrator, follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Users" menu from the admin portal.
- Find the relevant user in the users table.
- Click the three horizontal dots to the right of the user's name.
- Select "Send an application download link".
Troubleshooting and support
- If the user still does not receive the download email and it is not in their Spam folder, you can repeat the steps above to resend the download link.
