Getting started with Constellia: Configuration guide
This guide explains how to configure Constellia on your first login so you can use the application. Once these steps are completed, you will be able to fully leverage the tool and improve its relevance over time.
Step 1: Key information about your organization
During the initial configuration of your account, you will be asked to provide Constellia with information about your organization. This information helps adapt and personalize Constellia's answers for users.
The questionnaire takes between 10 and 25 minutes.
Step 2: Subscription selection
Select the subscription that fits your needs and the size of your organization.
- Click the "Subscription" menu.
- Choose the number of licences and the desired subscription type.
- Enter your billing information.
- Finalize your subscription.
Step 3: CRM connection and field configuration
Connect your CRM to Constellia and configure the required fields to ensure efficient synchronization of customer and sales data.

At this stage, your users can start using the tool.
