3. Improve CRM property descriptions

πŸ’‘

Provide context and help Constellia process CRM data better.

The completeness of CRM property descriptions is a key lever for Constellia.

The clearer, more precise, and more detailed these descriptions are, the better Constellia agents can use the data to provide relevant, reliable answers that fit the context.

There are two ways to complete the description of your properties:

  • Via the Constellia admin portal:
    • In the left sidebar, click "Integrations", then identify the CRM you connected to Constellia and click the "Configure" button.
    • Select the property category you want to configure by clicking the relevant sub-menu.
    • In the list of properties, identify the property or properties you want to update and click the "Description" field to open a side panel for the selected property.
    • Update the description field and click Save to apply the changes.
  • Via your CRM settings:
    • You can also edit the description of your properties directly from your CRM settings section. To help you, you can rely on the step-by-step guide we provide based on the CRM you use.

4. Configure automatic email logging to the CRM

Automatic email logging in the CRM provides immediate, measurable value for both your teams and Constellia:

  • Each message is automatically linked to the right contact, account, or opportunity. This helps your teams save time and have a more complete, reliable history to optimize customer relationship management and prepare actions with confidence.
  • For Constellia, this offers a more complete view of the customer relationship, allowing Orion to produce accurate briefs and perfectly contextualized recommendations.

Automatic email logging is configured directly in your CRM settings section. To help you, you can also rely on the step-by-step guide we provide.

5. Connect your calendar to your CRM

Connecting your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) to your CRM centralizes your meetings and ensures every customer interaction is tracked and logged. This integration makes it easier to follow sales activities and improves the quality of the data used by Constellia.

  • For your teams, this ensures better steering: every meeting or client appointment is automatically linked to the right contact, account, or opportunity in the CRM.
  • For Constellia, it provides a complete view of sales interactions and allows agents to produce more accurate briefs, identify priority opportunities, and deliver even more contextual recommendations.

Configuration is done directly in your CRM settings, in the Calendar tab. Depending on the CRM you use, you may need to authorize calendar access via your credentials or a specific connector. To support you, you can rely on the guide for your CRM that we provide.
