What is the purpose of the "AI Training" form and how do you manage the memory?
Short answer
The "AI Training" form in the "Dashboard" section of the admin portal helps train the tool and refine its recommendations.
The more questions you answer, the more personalized and accurate Constellia's responses will be for users.
This feature collects information specific to your organization and improves the relevance of Constellia's answers based on the data you provide.
Improve Constellia's knowledge
To enrich Constellia's knowledge base about your organization:
- Go to the "Dashboard" menu.
- In the "AI Training" section (bottom left), answer the suggested questions.
- This questionnaire never ends and new questions are generated continuously. You can stop and resume at any time.
Manage memory
To manage and refine the information stored in the tool's memory:
- Click the "Knowledge Base" menu.
- A table lists all the answers to the questions.
Edit or delete answers
To edit or delete answers in memory:
- Find the question whose answer you want to edit in the table.
- Click the three horizontal dots to the right of the corresponding row.
- Choose one of the following options: Edit to change the answer, or Delete to remove the answer from memory.
Changes are saved automatically.
