Important: connecting at least one CRM is required for the Constellia application to work. This integration synchronizes data in real time with your CRM and provides personalized recommendations tailored to your customers and opportunities.
- Go to the "Integrations" menu from the Constellia admin portal.
- Find your CRM in the list of available integrations and click "Configure".
- In the settings, click "Connect" and follow the connection flow specific to your CRM.
- Confirm the connection and wait for the initial synchronization.
- After connecting, check that all fields are configured correctly. See the following article if needed:
