How do I configure my CRM?

Configuring your CRM is an essential step to ensure smooth data synchronization.

After connecting your CRM, you must configure the fields to guarantee the relevance of the information used. This step is required for the application to work properly and helps personalize recommendations.

Access field configuration

  • Open the "Integrations" menu.
  • Find the connected CRM and click the "Configure" button.

Understanding the configuration interface

A table displays all CRM properties, organized by objects. There are two types of properties:

  • Standard properties: native to the CRM and already integrated.
  • Custom properties: created directly in your CRM and require configuration. Only custom properties must be configured.

A property is considered configured when it has a description. A red badge indicates the number of fields to configure at the top right of each object menu to identify the properties to configure.

Important: you can stop configuration at any time, but complete configuration of all properties is required for the application to function properly.

There are two possible methods:

  • Individual configuration:
    • In each object table, identify unconfigured properties (the description field is outlined in red).
    • Click the description field to open the side panel.
    • Fill in the description field and click Save to configure the field.
  • Global configuration:
    • In the CRM configuration menu, click the Configure properties button.
    • Complete all setup steps in the side panel.

Verification and completion

Once all properties are configured, check that no red outlines remain in the description fields.
