How do I remove access to my CRM?

Short answer

This section explains how to remove a CRM connected to Constellia. Removing a CRM disconnects it from Constellia when you no longer need it.

Important information

⚠️

Important: if only one CRM is connected, it cannot be disconnected because it is essential for the application to work. To disconnect your last CRM, contact Constellia support for help.

Warning: once the CRM is removed, it will be desynchronized from Constellia and the data will no longer be accessible.

Steps to remove a CRM

  • Go to the "Integrations" menu in the Constellia admin portal. This is where you manage the CRMs connected to your account.
  • In the "Integrations" menu, locate the CRM you want to disconnect and click the "Configure" button.
  • Click the "Disconnect" button to start the removal process.
  • To confirm, click the "Confirm" button. Otherwise, click "Cancel" to return to the previous page.
