Can I connect multiple CRMs?
You can connect multiple CRM tools in Constellia to centralize all your data within the platform.
This lets you manage multiple CRM accounts, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, from the same Constellia interface.
This feature is especially useful if you manage several client accounts using different CRMs or if you want to gradually migrate from one CRM to another while keeping data in sync.
Access the integration feature
- To access this feature, go to the "Integrations" menu from Constellia's main interface.

Once you have connected a first CRM, you can easily add a second CRM and manage the related settings.
Connect a second CRM
Important: the default CRM is the one the tool will prioritize as the main data source. Make sure you select the CRM most used by your sales teams.
- After connecting the first CRM, you can add a second one by following the same connection steps.
- Before connecting the second CRM, you must choose the default CRM to use.
- Click "Confirm" once the default CRM selection is made.
- Follow the CRM-specific connection procedure.
Manage the default CRM
Warning: changing the default CRM has major consequences on the relevance of Constellia's recommendations.
- Once this CRM is connected, an additional field labeled "Default CRM" will appear in the interface.
- As soon as multiple CRMs are connected, you can choose which connected CRM will be your default CRM.
- In the "Integrations" menu, a "Change default CRM" button appears once multiple CRMs are connected. This button lets you update the default CRM at any time.
- The CRM connected first will automatically be set as the default CRM, but you can change this setting at any time.
Remove a CRM
- Removing a CRM is only possible if you have multiple CRMs connected.
